Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19, orders will be processed and shipped once a week from our FST warehouse. Orders are typically shipped out on Thursdays, but this may vary week-to-week. Also note Youth Jerseys will now be shipped separately from an off-site vendor. Youth Jerseys will be shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday each week. Please account for any delays with shipping carriers, as we've seen that occur with UPS due to the continued increase in shipping demand.

The recipient is responsible for checking contents of the order against the packing slip. Make FST aware of any discrepancies within two weeks.

If expediting shipping is needed, please contact Kaitlyn Havrilak at [email protected], for options and related costs. Or please note this in the Order Comments section during checkout. Expediting will speed up the time in transit from UPS; the 1 week processing time remains the same.
Residential addresses do not require a signature, however it is at UPS' discretion whether to require a signature or not based on your zip code. Business addresses require a signature to accept delivery from UPS. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts; if after 3 attempts no signature can be obtained, the shipment will be returned to FST. The recipient will need to pay all related expenses for the reshipment.

UPS and FST are responsible for delivering your shipment to the address specified on your order, and are liable for the value of the shipment's contents. Any changes to the shipment made by recipient (via UPS My Choice, declining residential signature, choosing an alternate delivery location, etc.) releases FST and UPS of liability.
